"I have been with State Farm since 1996... Have had numerous agents.. I am an old school person. I like to do my business in person, or on the phone, get my bills on paper. I can keep track of thing better.. For the most part this is accomplished. The last few time I have had to deal with your office however, have been a disappointment. Unable to give me information or unknown. I called this morning, and the first time, I was hung up on.. ( I am sure by accident) The second time, dead silence.. When I asked if this was State Farm, She was rude and acted as if I was stupid. I told her the reason I was calling and she said everyones rates were going up.... Um In 2 weeks? Asked for a number to contact or a person ... there is not one? I will be making a visit to your office later this week, to receive an answer.... And I prefer to speak to someone who has answers.."
